June 2024 – Ayoubi steel has completed the implementation of a racking system for a leading foodstuffs company. The initial project started in 2019 and included five phases continued to 2024. To satisfy the requirements of the client, Ayoubi steel designed a conventional pallet racking system with a total of 20,000 pallet positions and a height of 10 meters. The total warehouse space was 12,000 square meter. The client required the storage of food-stuff products.
Ayoubi steel also installed upright and frame front and side protections. The load capacity for each pallet position was 1.25 tons. With this configuration, the client was able to store items of a total weight of around 25,000 tons.
