June 2024 – Ayoubi steel has completed the implementation of a racking system for a leading detergent manufacturer. The initial project started in 2022 and multiple phases continued to 2024. To satisfy the requirements of the client, Ayoubi steel designed a drive-in pallet racking system with a total of 3,400 pallet positions in multiple warehouses. The total warehouse space was 3,000 square meter. The client requested several racking heights, with one section of 6.6 meters and the other section of 4.3 meters. The client required the storage of detergent products.
Ayoubi steel also installed upright and frame protections and a galvanized rail. In addition, Ayoubi steel installed a ground rail guide for the drive-in forklift to enhance the safety requirements. The load capacity for each pallet position was 1.3 tons. With this configuration, the client was able to store items of a total weight of around 4,500 tons.
